Plan a product Reel around the photos you already have

Turn a product benefit into a short shot sequence. Use approved photos as references, review generated scenes carefully and export a video to publish yourself.

Start with the product story

A product Reel needs a reason to watch before it needs motion. Outline a hook, a product detail, a use case and an action. Use your photos to decide which details each shot must preserve, then plan the sequence in Storyboard. AI-generated frames can explore mood and setting, but they can also change labels or product shapes. Keep original photos for factual product views and review generated scenes before animating them.

From brief to reviewed assets

  1. Step 1: Map the product story

Write a short hook and choose the product detail that proves it. Match each beat to an approved photo or a clearly described shot.

  2. Step 2: Build the storyboard

Create a storyboard and review the sequence before generating motion. Keep a consistent visual direction and remove any scene that misrepresents the product.

  3. Step 3: Finish for vertical viewing

Assemble and review the video, keeping important product details clear of interface overlays. Export the finished file and upload it to Instagram yourself.

A real product recording shows scene-by-scene editing. This is a narrative storyboard example, not a finished ecommerce campaign or a Shopify integration.

A six-scene story in the storyboard editor: each scene generated from its line of script, edited and regenerated. Silent screen recording from an earlier version of the SceneSteller interface.

Frequently asked questions

Will AI preserve every product label and detail?

Not reliably. Review generated frames for changes to logos, packaging and geometry. Use original product photography when exact details are essential.

Does this automatically post a Reel to Instagram?

No. This workflow prepares a video for you to review and export. Upload or schedule it separately in Instagram or your publishing tool.
