Plan weekly Instagram content for your Shopify brand

Create and review the video and carousel here, then queue them in your own scheduler, such as Meta Business Suite. SceneSteller does not post to Instagram for you.

Start with the product story

Separate creative production from the publishing calendar. Plan a manageable weekly theme, create the video and slide assets in SceneSteller, and reserve a review step before anything is queued. Record the approved caption, destination link and publishing date alongside each export. Scheduling happens in a separate tool such as Meta Business Suite; SceneSteller does not connect this workflow to Instagram or publish on your behalf.

From brief to reviewed assets

  1. Step 1: Choose the weekly theme

Pick a product story and decide which formats it needs. Assign a reviewer and a publishing date before creating assets.

  2. Step 2: Approve the creative package

Create the storyboard or carousel, then review product accuracy, caption copy and the call to action. Export only the approved versions.

  3. Step 3: Queue in your scheduler

Upload the exports to Meta Business Suite or your usual Instagram scheduler. Confirm the account, crop, caption and time there before scheduling.

A real product recording shows scene-by-scene editing. This is a narrative storyboard example, not a finished ecommerce campaign or a Shopify integration.

A six-scene story in the storyboard editor: each scene generated from its line of script, edited and regenerated. Silent screen recording from an earlier version of the SceneSteller interface.

Frequently asked questions

Can I schedule Instagram posts inside SceneSteller?

No. SceneSteller creates the visual assets. Queue and publish them separately in Meta Business Suite or another scheduler you already use.

Do I need to connect my Instagram account to plan content?

No. You can plan and create the assets without connecting Instagram to this workflow. Your chosen publishing tool handles its own account connection and permissions.
